Conditions
1. Initial Consultation & Booking Fee

To begin the development process, a fee of INR 1,000 is required upfront. This amount covers the time spent reviewing your requirements and preparing for implementation. Work on coding your strategy will begin once this initial payment is received.
2. Strategy Definition & Quotation

After receiving your strategy requirements, we will discuss and finalize the complete set of rules and logic. Once the strategy is clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties, a final project cost will be estimated and shared with you.
3. Development Milestones & Payment Structure

The INR 1,000 paid during booking will be deducted from the total project cost.

Upon agreement, the remaining development fee is payable after the strategy has been implemented and reviewed by the client for accuracy and expected behavior.
4. Delivery & Source Code Policy

The final executable file (EX5) will be delivered upon receipt of full payment. Source code will not be shared unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand and may incur additional charges.
5. Post-Delivery Modifications

Any modifications, enhancements, or additions requested after the initial delivery will be subject to additional charges, based on complexity and scope.
6. Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure accurate implementation of your strategy, the developer is not liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of the developed algorithm. It is your responsibility to test the product thoroughly before using it on a live account.
